Note: Registration before August 30th is $75 per person; registration after this date will be $90 per person.

The event hotel will be the Country Inn & Suites and reservations can be made by calling (570) 544-5201. We have a block of rooms for the event so when making your reservations, tell them you are with the Hummer Club. The hotel has a complimentary breakfast and hot tea and coffee. The Country Inn & Suites is located at 100 Keystone Boulevard East, Pottsville, PA 17901.

Check in on October 13th to sign any registration forms that may be required and meet old friends.

Friday and Saturday we will meet in the hotel parking lot around 8:00 for a short briefing of the days plans and then head out to the trails.  On Friday we need to register our trucks at the park office and pay a $45.00 per truck fee for the two days on the trails.

Mechanical support for the trucks will be provided by fellow club members and Mod Mafia. Spare parts are always welcome.

Registration fees will include a Saturday evening diner and event shirt. All registered, including children, will get the event shirt. AOAA Park Fees are separate and will need to be paid upon entering the park on Friday.

Some notable Information: Driver’s meeting each morning in the hotel parking lot. Be fueled up and have a lunch packed each trail day before arriving at the Park. Also bring extra water and plenty of snacks. A lawn chair for lunch/dinner. A CB for communication is required. Be certain that your truck is well maintained and that it is in good operational condition. Common spare parts recommended. Be prepared for long trail days (meds, food, water fuel), you never know what might happen.

Mechanical Support is provided at all major Club events
At Major events the event coordinator and other club members will support any needed repairs to the best of their ability so everyone can fully participate and get home afterwards. We will work to the best of our ability to support you. Your truck must be in excellent mechanical condition due to the nature of these events. Basic hand tools and spare parts on-hand and/or parts that wear when off-roading we suggest you carry. Contact the event coordinator if you have questions about mechanical support and/or what to bring.
