Description:  Join The Hummer Club, Inc for two day off-road event at two of Pennsylvania's premier parks.

Rausch Creek Off Road Park and Anthracite Offroad Adventure Park (AOAA).  Rausch Creek is within easy driving distance of many cities near the East Coast.  AOAA  is about 20 miles from Rausch Creek off of I-81.  We are having a trail guide that knows these trails well and will lead us to maximize our fun time on the trails.

Event Hotel:  The home base for this event will be the Country Inn and Suites, 100 Keystone Blvd, Pottsville, PA Phone: 570-544-5201

The hotel has ample parking for us, including trailers. We have a group of rooms blocked off at a special rate of $79.20 plus tax for The Hummer Club, Inc. - so make sure you mention the club when you make your reservations.Mechanical Support: Mechanical support will be provided by club members.

Event Calendar:
Thursday August 22, 2019:  Participants arrive at the Country Inn & Suites, register with the Hummer Club staff and check into the hotel.  Registration will begin at 6 PM.  During this time, pizza and sodas will be available.  Event shirts will be distributed during club registration.

Friday August 23:  Meet at the hotel parking lot @ 8:00 a.m. and convoy to Rausch Creek Off Road Park for a day of trails.  It will take about 30 minutes to arrive at the trail head.  We will register at the park and have a drivers meeting after registration. 

To expedite registration please go to:; download the membership application and bring to the event.  We should be on the trails until around 3:00 p.m..  Bring your lunch and plenty of snacks and water. Alcohol is prohibited in the off road park.  Dinner is not included but for those that want to join us, we will convoy to a nearby restaurant for dinner around 6 PM.

Saturday, August 24: Meet at the hotel parking lot @ 8:00 a.m. and have a quick drivers meeting, then convoy to Anthracite Offroad Adventure Park for a day of trails. It will take about 45 minutes to arrive at the trail head.  We should be on the trails until around 3:00 p.m.  Bring your lunch and plenty of snacks and water.  Alcohol is prohibited in the off road park.  Dinner is not included but for those that want to join us, we will convoy to a nearby restaurant for dinner around 6 PM.

Sunday, August 25.   Depart and head home

Event Fees:
$100 per truck & driver, $40 per passenger over age 16, passengers $15 per passenger 15 and under.  Event fees cover park fees, pizza and Tshirts but not the $20 Rausch Creek membership fee.

Park Fees:
Rausch Creek Off Road Park is a membership-based facility. Drivers and passengers age 16 and up are required to become members of the park which costs $20 per year and is good for one year from the date you join. Membership cards are given out when you join.  The event fee covers the daily trail fee at both parks but you will need to individually pay for the Rausch Creek membership.  Rausch Creek trail fee is $50.00 per day for Truck & driver and $10.00 per day for passenger over age 15.  The AOAA trail fee is $30.00 per day for Truck & driver and $15.00 per day for passenger.

Non Club Members can participate in this event by joining here or having one of the hummer drivers invite you as their host.

Some notable Information:

  • Driver’s meeting at the Park after registration with them. Be fueled up and have a lunch packed each trail day before arriving at the Park.  A lawn chair for lunch/dinner.
  • A CB for communication is required.
  • Be certain that your truck is well maintained and that it is in good operational condition.
  • Be prepared for long trail days (food, water fuel), you never know what might happen.
Member - truck & driver:$100.00
Passenger - age 16 & over:$40.00
Passenger - age under 15:$15.00

Mechanical Support is provided at all major Club events
At Major events the event coordinator and other club members will support any needed repairs to the best of their ability so everyone can fully participate and get home afterwards. We will work to the best of our ability to support you. Your truck must be in excellent mechanical condition due to the nature of these events. Basic hand tools and spare parts on-hand and/or parts that wear when off-roading we suggest you carry.
